Our client is one of the largest retail bank in Hong Kong covering a wide scope of businesses and they are now searching for experienced candidates to join the following position.
1) Customer Service Ambassador
- Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle counter transactions and provide excellent services to customers
- Cross-selling for banking products
- Attention to detail and able to meet service standards
- Qualifications and Skills
- HKCEE/HKDSE with 5 subjects at Grade E / Level 2 or above, including English, Chinese and Mathematics
- Work experience in Teller, Customer Service, Sales or Telemarketing
- Able to work under pressure and meet service targets
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good command of spoken English and Cantonese, Putonghua is a plus
