  • Handle customer enquiries
  • Handle members requests and providing solutions for visitors
  • Deliver excellent customer service to premium VIP customers
  • Preparations for shopping mall events and various activities
  • Marketing research for promoting the company brand 



  • Good command of both written and well spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin (Overseas graduate is preferred)
  • Bachelor degree preferred but NOT a MUST
  • Pleasant & Outgoing personality with strong communication and presentation skills
  • Over 1 year customer service experience, experience in Airlines/ Hospitality customer service industry is an advantage
  • Strong computer and typing skills. A good team member & fast learner
  • Working hours : 9am – 6pm Monday to Friday, NO Shift Duty
