Customer Service Assurance-Assistant Manager

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for managing and enchancing the standard of the customer service by investigating the root cause of customers' complaints and internal auditing the operational procedures of different deparments
  • Provide initiatives on improving customer experience and reaching service excellence
  • Prepare various reports and analyze the results for presentation to senior management
  • Occasional random spot check to the performance of front line employees to ensure their service standard
  • Other ad hoc tasks/projects whenever necessary


Requirements
  • Degree holder of any relavent disciplines
  • Around 6-8 years of related experience gained from sizable company in service industry
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Mandarin as well as written Eng & Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Independent, proactive, flexible and with strong analytical skills
  • Willing to travel occasionally
