• F.7, Diploma holder or above
• Minimum 2-3 years relevant working experience, preferably in Packaging
• Independent and able to work under pressure
• Proficient in MS Office
• Excellent customer service skills and strong communication skills
• Fluent spoken and written in both English & Chinese

Responsibilities :
• Act as a key contact in coordinating the entire development and production flow with stakeholders including monitoring the critical path for delivery. CS is also required to follow up logistic document, complaint issue, bulk testing and invoicing, etc till the project is completed.
• Handle customers’ (large retailers in US and Australia) enquiries and complaints
• Maintain long term relationship with customers by providing quality services and finished goods.
