• Form 5 or above
• 1 year or above working experience in customer service or shipping industry is preferred
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin Speaking will be an advantage
• Proficiency in MS word, excel, English and Chinese word processing
• Customer-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Mature, cheerful, self-motivated, high sense of responsibility and team spirit
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision

Duties:
• Handle customer enquiries and orders on phone or through email
• Follow up the order status with customers
• Make sure the goods on time delivery accurately
• Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse and Logistic Team in providing full range of high standard service
