Responsibilities   

  1. Handle customer enquiries including incoming calls, follow-up calls and emails                         
  2. Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth operations
  3. Prepare weekly and monthly reports

Requirements   

  1. Post-secondary level or above, with a minimum of 2 year experiences in customer services, fresh graduate is also preferred
  2. Initiative, aggressive, patient, enthusiastic and courteous
  3. Good interpersonal and communication skills
  4. Proficient in PC skills in MS Word, Excel, and Chinese word processing
  5. Might work irregular hours
