- Diploma or above;
- Fresh graduates are welcome;
- Customer service experience in online shops/ IT industry preferred but not a must;
- Main job duties include handling online inquiries through email or telephone, mainly overseas clients;
- Provide after-sales service to customers;
- Good customer service and problem solving skills;
- Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin);
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Positions.
- Monthly salary: HK$11K-19K + discretionary bonus;
- Working location: Mong Kok/ Kowloon Bay/ Kowloon;
- 5-day work;
- Good fringe benefits including banking holiday, etc.
