- Degree in any disciplines
- At least 2 years’ relevant experience in customer services field
- Independent and able to work under pressure
- Good communication skills with excellent telephone manner and service attitude
- Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin is an advantage
- Willing to work at outdoor sites
- Immediate availability is preferred
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Customer Service Assistant
