  • Client: A Multi-National Testing Laboratory
  • Position: Customer Service Manager (Textile)
  • Responsibilities: Work closely with operation and sales department. Oversee the CRM operation in aspects of customer acquisition.

Requirements

  • Degree holder
  • 10 years laboratory / merchandising experience for textile or softline products
  • Good customer service and presentation skills
