  • Work at Kwai Chung, 5.5 days/week (Saturday shifts)
  • Good  writing skills in English/Chinese and proficient spoken English/Mandarin
  • 2 - 4 years relevant experience in call center or customer servicing field
  • Good level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
  • Customer-oriented with excellent communication, analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Mature, self-motivated and a good team player
  • Immediate available is preferable


  • Handle customer enquiries, complaints and claims issues through email and on phone
  • Provide instant reply to customers' feedback received from website and Facebook Page
  • Perform data entry, reporting and filing
  • Handle other ad-hoc projects
