Major Responsibilities:

  • Conduct briefings with new customers to introduce the services provided by the company

  • Handle customer enquiry, complaints of their assets with a view to ensuring timely and appropriate response by written and verbal means.

  • Handle after sales service, conduct briefing about our projects and follow up customer’s feedback and enquiry

  • Draft customer communication documents, such as build progress reports, project updates, etc.

  • Serve as the main point of contact to assist customers with their queries regarding the day-to-day management of their assets

  • Provide assistance in property management of the company’s portfolio, perform administrative duties

  • Provide advice to customers on ways to optimize their investment return

  • Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by the Management.

 

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma holder

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer services or other related industry

  • Able to work and deal with client independently

  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese, Putonghua

  • Proficient in MS Office

  • Responsible, attentive to details and a good team player

  • Outgoing, initiative, service-oriented with good interpersonal skills

  • Occasional Saturday work may be required
