- Lead a small team to provide sales administrative support to the team and customers, including quotation, agreement and reports preparation.
- Manage billing and service job order to ensure quality service to customers.
- Involve in Continuous Quality Improvement projects to streamline sales admin duties.
- Degree holder with at least 2 years team leading experience.
- Excellent written and spoken Cantonese and English
- Good communication skill with proactive and customer-oriented mindset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office is a must.
