Our client is a well-known international company in logistics industry. To cope with their rapid business development, they are now looking for the talent to join their team.
- Handle hotline services and answer enquires for VIP customers
- Maintain good relationship with existing customer
- Monitor the work flow and logistic process for assigned Key Account customers
- Shift: 9:00 - 18:00, Monday to Saturday (5 days work)
- Higher Diploma or above
- At least 4 years’ customer service experience in call center
- Fluent spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English
- Good command of phone manner and customer service skill
