About the company
Our client is a leading company in providing technical service and product. In order to facilitate operation, they are now looking for a Key Account Executive (no sales target) to serve Corporate Customers on all service delivery matters.
You will be the key person to manage your team to serve corporate customers:
- Being the contact point between customer and internal parties to secure service quality and commitment on resources and activities plan
- Answer customer inquiry and resolve internally on technical issues
- Improve service quality and efficiency for customer’s operation by monitoring Service Level Agreement and leading your team in data account service plan
- Understand customer requirements and set service standards
- Be a reliable single contact point to customer for effective service
- At least a degree holder with any disciplines
- At least 1 years of experience in customer service, especially for those who have experience in handling corporate customer and after-sale service will be a definite advantage
- Fresh graduate will be considered
- Background from hotline operations in various industry are welcomed
- Good personality with good communication skills
- Good command of presentation skills and leadership skills
- Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English, Mandarin is advantage
