About the company

Our client is a leading company in providing technical service and product. In order to facilitate operation, they are now looking for a Key Account Executive (no sales target) to serve Corporate Customers on all service delivery matters.

 

Job Description

You will be the key person to manage your team to serve corporate customers:

  • Being the contact point between customer and internal parties to secure service quality and commitment on resources and activities plan
  • Answer customer inquiry and resolve internally on technical issues
  • Improve service quality and efficiency for customer’s operation by monitoring Service Level Agreement and leading your team in data account service plan
  • Understand customer requirements and set service standards
  • Be a reliable single contact point to customer for effective service

  • At least a degree holder with any disciplines
  • At least 1 years of experience in customer service, especially for those who have experience in handling corporate customer and after-sale service will be a definite advantage
