About the company

Our client is a leading provider of specific medical solutions and equipment in healthcare industry. Their healthcare consumables and medical instruments are distributed globally. They are now looking for a Customer Service Officer (1-year renewable contract) to provide customer services and administration support to the team.

 

Job Description

  • Provide customer services in a professional manner, either face-to-face or via email and phone
  • Manage sample room and inventory
  • Data entry of warranty card and customers’ portfolio
  • Provide pre-sales or after-sales order follow-up
  • Offer procurement service and logistics arrangement
  • Provide routine medical equipment check in hospital and clinic
  • Support marketing team in preparing marketing materials
