Customer Service Officer (C.S. Centre - Regular office hours)

Our client is a US-listed company specializing in Yoga & Sportswear products. To cope with their rapid expansion in Asia, there are new headcounts within their Asia Customer Service team catering for Hong Kong, Singapore & Greater China region.



The Customer Service Officer will act as a Brand Ambassador and be responsible for all one-on-one interactions that take place in the in-house Customer Service Centre (i.e. phones, email, & live chat place). You will be responsible in actively contributing to the guest's overall Brand experience.



Job duties:-
  • Communicate closely with customers, store staffs, and warehouse team
  • Provides unique guest experience as well as in-depth product knowledge in the areas of product, culture, and community to speaking authentically about product use through their own expereince
  • Foster the culture: promote the culture and brand image of the brand, ie. attitude of fun, respect, support, empowerment, encouragement, passion, and interaction with others
  • Update guest on in-store and community events
  • Handle guest inquiries with care through multi-channel communication (telephone, email, live chat etc.)
  • Process product sales and order entry, as well as charging & shipping for all orders from start to finish, working with parallel systems and applications
  • Resolve customer complaints related to the ecommerce store




Requirements:-
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service related work experince
  • Passionate in yoga and/or other sports activities.
  • Native fluent in English & Mandarin
  • Excellent written English & simplified Chinese
  • Able to multitask with strong problem-solving skills
  • Team player and ability to work
  • Proficient in Microsoft office
  • Bachelor degree is preferred
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
