Responsibilities:

  • Handle customers' and agents enquiries in a professional manner to delivering quality customer service

  • Provide effective solutions to enquiries/complaints/feedback

  • Within a predefined time frame in a proactive and professional manner.

  • Cooperate with team members and others to achieve desired results and support business needs

  • Resolve customer dissatisfaction if necessary and maintain good relationship with customers

  • Provide administrative support

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Certificate/Degree holder with at least 2 years above working experience in Customer Service and in insurance or banking industry

  • Degree holder with experience in insurance industry

  • F.7 with customer service experience in life insurance industry will also be considered

  • Good customer servicing mindset, attitude and patient

  • Able to work under pressure with good communication problem solving skills

  • Positive, attentive to details and good organizing skills

  • Good team player and able to work independently

  • Good command spoken & written in Chinese, English and Mandarin
