Customer Service Representative

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide qualitycustomer services independently and professionally;
  • Perform shipment tracing, complaints follow-up, enquiries handling and solution suggestions;
  • Prepare reports and conduct courtesy visits;
  • Reflect customers' feedback to management; and
  • Work closely with other departments / international network / insurance companies
  • Solve problems and complaints from customers

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education or above
  • Minimum 1-2 years' customer service or call centre or key account management experience
  • Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese, proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage
  • Customer-focus, flexible, initiative and able to work under pressure
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good problem solving skills
