Front desk Meet and greet the clients at front desk
Act as point of contact for all internal client requests
Handle incoming and outgoing mails, documents and courier services
Handle clients' enquiries in a professional manner and resolve any issues in a timely manner
Provide administrative, secretarial & coordination service to the clients
Compliance to security procedures 
Operation Ensure the office facilities are set up to standard
Liaise with clients for any facilities requests
Handle for the move ins & outs
Ensure the cleanliness of the office area and facilities
Report any faults and closely follow up with the maintenance supplier
Arrange the preventaive and ad hoc maintenance services for the office
Maintain adequate levels of supplies at all times
Prepare and ensure timely delivery of fixed and ad hoc reports 
Maintain the record of key system and inventory list
Provide clerical/ administrative support to the Founder, Advisors, Mentors and Operation Managers
Review suppliers cost and manage negotiation proactively
Assist to open and close the office
Job duties will be subject to change per the instruction of Managing Director  or Operation Manager
Programe Arrange and assist for the catering if required
Ensure the meeting rooms and event area are set up to standard
Organize and monitor the booking of meeting room / event space 
Accounts Ensure all billing information captured correctly
Issue the invoices to the clients
Liaise with accounts department if necessary

Requirements:

Diploma holder or above
Strong communication skills and professional customer service
Pleasant perosnality with good interpersonal and communication skills, able to work with different levels of people
Good time management and prioritization skills
Good team player
Stable, independent, detail-minded, hardworking and reliable
Able to handle multi-tasks efficiently. Can work under minimum supervision
Good team player
Fluent in speaking English, Cantonese and good at Mandarin
Proficiency in PC knowledge, including MS Excel, Word, Power point
May need to visit / relocate to other building locations
