We are currently seeking high caliber professionals to join our department as Customer Service Representative (Part-time).
- Provide quality phone banking services in our Customer Contact Centre
- Handle customer enquiries in an efficient and professional manner to maintain high level of customer satisfaction
- Non-final year university students from all disciplines are welcome
- Minimum of one year's customer service experience, with experience in hotline services is preferred
- Strong customer service orientation, with good communication and phone skills
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with proficiency in Putonghua an advantage
- High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers
