Job Responsibility:

  • Full Process of Sales Order Handling and process from end to end
  • Order follow up and management (Allocation, Communication, Delivery Arrangement, report incident)
  • Support all parties to achieve the annual target and goal
  • Invoicing allocation and management
  • Insurance coverage and handling
  • Logistic arrangement with other department
  • Report and KPI monitoring the daily and monthly operation
  • Fulfillment on the Trade compliance requirement and ethic of conduct
  • Ad hoc Task (Project based on request, annual stock take, other team support, etc)

 

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years solid working experience in customer service, supply chain field
  • Proactive, good communication skill
  • Hardworking, strong sense of responsibilities, result driven, details oriented , Can do attitude
  • Independent work,
  • Fluent of speaking in English and Mandarin.
  • Good command of SAP or ERP
  • Good command of MS Excel, MS Word, Chinese typing
  • Associate Degree / Higher Diploma or above

 

Remarks: The candidate should consider that is a contract position (6 months) for the replacement   
                  of maternity staff.
