Our client is a world’s premier company specializing in Tourism/Travel/Airline industry is now seeking for a high caliber to join their team as Customer Service Supervisor/Manager in call center

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Manage day-to-day operations of call centre and ensure service level and KPIs are met
  • Responsible for complaint handling management, be the prime person to liaison with related parties to handle the case
  • Identify enhancement opportunities and implement feasible improvement measures so to raise service quality
  • Manage the performance of team member with around 10-15 colleague

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Higher Diploma or above
  • 5 year Experience in hotline customer service and 2 years or above managerial experience
  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
