Provide high quality concierge services to our tenants and visitors in Grade A commercial building
Handle general enquiries and complaints, support marketing activities and the daily operations of our property management services
Assist in handling ad hoc assignments
Certificate holder or above in Hospitality Management or other related disciplines
1 year of customer service experience mainly gained from frontline customer interaction, hospitality or property management industry
Cheerful, initiative, service-oriented and able to communicate with people of different cultural background
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good command of spoken English and Chinese; fluent Putonghua is must
Fresh graduate may also be considered
