Provide high quality customer services to our tenants and visitors in Grade A commercial building or shopping mall
Handle general enquiries and complaints, and daily operations of our property management services
Assist in handling promotional events and redemption programs
Higher Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or other related disciplines
1-2 year customer service experience mainly gained from frontline customer interaction, hospitality or property management industry
Fresh graduates in Hospitality / Travel / Business Administration or related disciplines will also be considered
Cheerful, initiative, service-oriented and able to communicate with people of different culture background
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good command of spoken English and Chinese; fluent Putonghua is must
Willing to work on shift
