Responsibilities:

  • Provide after-sales services for our electrical home appliances including operational & technical enquiries, order follow up and handle complaints in a professional manner
  • Assist in managing showroom and call centre operations to ensure customer service quality and inventory accuracy of stocks up to the company standard
  • Assist in providing product training, performance evaluation and improvement
  • Work closely with sales and technical teams to solve customers’ enquiries and complaints
  • Maintain accurate products and customers database
  • Prepare regular reports for management review
  • Handle ad hoc duties as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Business Administration or other related disciplines
  • 2 – 3 years of experience in service call center or customer service experience in which 2 years in supervisory role
  • Experience in handling consumer electronics appliances is definitely advantage
  • Customer-oriented, with good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Willing to learn and take challenge and work independently
  • Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Candidates with more experience and qualifications will be considered as Customer Services Supervisor
