About the company

Our client is a listed and sizable Hong Kong's premier IT&T service provider. Upon rapid expansion on new loyalty club project, they are now looking for a Data Analyst / CRM Executive to conduct market and customer analysis / survey to provide business insights.

 

Job Description

  • Conduct market and customer survey to get customer insight and support customer engagement plan
  • Build and maintain accurate, complete, up-to date and insightful data and market intelligence
  • Assist data model preparation and data aggregation to facilitate strategic analytics planning and gain customer insight
  • Analyze customer profiles, trends and identify potential marketing opportunities and insights for business planning
  • Prepare management reports and presentation based on data

 

Why you?

  • Bachelor degree with major in Business, Statistic, Finance or related discipline
  • 2 years or above relevant experiences; Fresh Graduates will also be considered 
  • Strong in researching, data analysis and Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Detail minded and strong communication skill
