Responsibilities:
  • Planning and delivering CRM strategies across to encourage customer retention and customer loyalty
  • Ensuring the database is segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities
  • Track and analyze direct and interactive marketing campaigns.
  • Use statistical analysis and reports to create campaigns.
  • Coordinate and monitor the maintenance, integrity, and security of several databases
  • Brainstorm and contribute to event strategy, agenda development, and speaker recruitment
  • Meet and greet the VIPs onsite at the events, ensure they are looked after and participate in the proposed networking/social programme.
  • Ensure that VIPs have a superior customer experience throughout the campaign.
  • Work closely with the event sponsors to maximise the participation of their clients in the event.
  • Ensure branding and messaging are on target for events and that booth set up and placement are ideal to maximize exposure
  • Work with sales and marketing teams to plan promotional activities for small VIP events
  • Ensure events achieve targets and track all related metrics to demonstrate KPIs are met
  • Adhere to budgets for events and report on any variances


Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline
  • Minimum 8 years of working experience in marketing and 3 years of event background
  • Proven ability to use initiative when required and to go 'above and beyond' in order to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Experience of building relationships and working with C level executives
  • Responsible and able to work independently
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
