Job Duties:

  • Provide deskside support on PC and system functions for end users & VIPs
  • Respond promptly to incident, investigate, troubleshoot & provide temporary &/or permanent resolution of incidents escalated. Provide timely status updates to relevant parties
  • Monitor, document & maintain the configuration of the systems
  • Involve in PC / system implementation/upgrade project
  • Other job duties as assigned by supervisor

 

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above with 2 years PC support experience
  • Hands on experience in PC problem diagnosis and end users / VIP support
  • Knowledge of LAN / WAN, TCP / IP maintenance
  • Prior experience in banking / financial will be an advantage
  • Knowledge in Reuters will be a plus
  • Good presentation and problem solving skills
  • Be a good team player
  • Good interpersonal skill
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese)
  • Will to work in shift duty (no overnight shift)
