Our client is a leading retailer of luxury beauty products. Due to the aggressive growth plan in Hong Kong, they urgently need to appoint a high calibre Digital & CRM Manager to join their marketing team to focus on Digital, CRM and new media marketing.
· You will be responsible for planning and generating ideas to the multiple brands within the group in the area of digital and CRM strategy and initiatives
· You will assist the Senior Director to deploy the new system, develop database for the brands, drive the strategic reports to generate consumer and business insights
· You will manage the project from planning to implementation, liaise with the brand in charge to modify the mechanics to optimize the ROI, assist the project roll out and ensure they are well executed in the market
· You will also benchmark the competitors' Digital and CRM campaign, analyze the market trend and acting as an expert to provide consultation and training to the internal customers
· 8+ years' Digital or CRM in travel industry, and marketing communications experience
· Digital or CRM agency background
· Knowledge of online marketing
· Excellent communications skills with ability to manage internal customers
· Strategic, strong consultative approach with excellent influencing skills
· Self motivated, energetic, hands-on and result driven
· Willing to work under pressure in fast paced & dynamic environment
· University Degree in Marketing, Business Management or related discipline. MBA an added advantage
Candidates with less experience will be considered for Assistant Manager.
