  • Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, social media
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence website, Facebook, Instagram and Weibo
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Any other ad hoc duties 



  • Minimum a Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or a related field
  • At least 3 years relevant working experience
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Net Insight, Omniture, Web Trends, Facebook)
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns
  • Confident, enthusiastic and cheerful personality
  • Highly driven, goal-oriented and independent
  • Able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
