The key responsibilities are:

  • Lead the development of digital strategy as part of the entire marketing strategy for the company to continuously build brand equity, and maximize the impact of brand building and product launch
  • Drive and support in digital strategy including digital buy , social media, digital activation, SEM and on-going maintenance for brand site & E-commerce
  • Analyze and evaluate campaign effectiveness  with supporting data and references. From analysis deliver action steps for constant campaign improvement
  • Monitor competitors’ activities and provide input to develop necessary attack plan against competitors’ marketing actions.
  • Develop and monitor media plans – work closely with agency to create competitive media advantages for the brand and develop out integrated and valuable media plan
  • Bring innovative digital strategy and activations to life to drive brand and business cut through.
  • Working closely with media agencies for own, bought & earned media
  • Working closely with China & Global to leverage resources and adapt to Hong Kong needs
  • Execute the tracking system to continuously understand consumer insight/attitude and take-away of our completed program, help the brand to identify more business opportunity and adjust marketing strategy

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 8 years-experience in the marketing department of a global consumer goods brand or advertising agency serving global consumer goods brands
  • Strong in Social Media
  • Deep understanding of functional sports products – footwear / apparel
  • Strong numeric skills – forecasting/budgeting/pricing
  • A sports and fashion enthusiast
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical power
