We are a Hong Kong Main Board listed company focusing on artificial intelligence products OEM business.  We are looking for an experienced individual to join our Group at a senior/director level to help manage the HR function of our Group. The successful candidate will be educationally, professionally qualified and have experience working within a PRC manufacturing site-based environment.  As a site-based HR director and working closely with the executive directors of the Group, you will be stationed in one of our main production facility in Guangdong Province, Shenzhen City (which is 45 minutes away from Hong Kong border by car), while short trips to the Group’s other facilities would also be required.

Key Job Scope:

Overall HR management and objectives

  • Formulate, monitor and deliver key HR objectives for our manufacturing sites in the PRC, including the Hong Kong headquarter, by identifying and researching HR issues, contributing information, and analysis, based on our organisation directions and objectives;
  • Review the HR policies and procedures and ensure updated with Company’s requirements and are in compliance with local Employment Laws;
  • Manage staff orientation and exit process;
  • Provide HR expertise and advice, and assist the Group to develop company policies and implement best HR practices; and
  • Develop and implement relevant strategies, to achieve the objectives, including but not limited to:

(1) Talent Acquisition and Management

(2)  Compensation and Benefits Management

(3) Training & Leadership Development

(4) Performance Management

(5) Employee Relations

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in HR management;
  • Over 10 years of working experience in relevant HR field with good knowledge of employment laws and regulations in both the PRC and Hong Kong;
  • Knowledge of manufacturing in the PRC is an advantage;
  • Fluent communication skills in spoken and written English and Mandarin are required;
  • Station in the PRC, mainly in Shenzhen with occasional travel to our other facilities of the Group.
