Implement and manage the marketing strategies in order to achieve the sales and profit objectives.
Working closely together with relevant stakeholders across other departments to formulate and execute advertising & promotion campaigns, pricing and so forth.
Keep track of up-to-date analysis and market intelligence on the industry and key competitors.
Management of the Catering Department to maintain a high standard of service quality.
Develop and manage long-termclient relationships by understanding their needs and identify new business opportunities with prospects.
Minimum 8 years of relevant catering/event management experience, preferably in international hotels with extensive catering facilities and capacities
Experience as the Head of Catering Department is preferable.
Concrete catering sales experience with proven track record
Well versed with computer and strong knowledge in handling event logistics
Knowledge of Delphi is an advantage
Solid menu and catering related knowledge
Higher Diploma or equivalent professional hotel training is preferred
Independent & strong leadership skills
Willing to work flexible hours
Optimistic and outgoing personality
Good communication skills with excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
