Job Summary

 

  • Implement and manage the marketing strategies in order to achieve the sales and profit objectives.
  • Working closely together with relevant stakeholders across other departments to formulate and execute advertising & promotion campaigns, pricing and so forth.
  • Keep track of up-to-date analysis and market intelligence on the industry and key competitors.
  • Management of the Catering Department to maintain a high standard of service quality.
  • Develop and manage long-termclient relationships by understanding their needs and identify new business opportunities with prospects.

 

 

Requirements

 

  • Minimum 8 years of relevant catering/event management experience, preferably in international hotels with extensive catering facilities and capacities
  • Experience as the Head of Catering Department is preferable.
  • Concrete catering sales experience with proven track record
  • Well versed with computer and strong knowledge in handling event logistics
  • Knowledge of Delphi is an advantage
  • Solid menu and catering related knowledge
  • Higher Diploma or equivalent professional hotel training is preferred
  • Independent & strong leadership skills
  • Willing to work flexible hours
  • Optimistic and outgoing personality
  • Good communication skills with excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
