Job Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to Managing Director, accountable for the growth of business opportunities, profit margins and productivity in South China
  • Lead the Marketing & Sales team to meet or exceed the sales and business targets for HK, Macau, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Xiamen, Zhongshan over the budget
  • Drive and develop District Sales Strategy and Initiatives in line with the Company’s Corporate and Country business strategy
  • Work with the Country Marketing & Sales leader to gather disseminate market intelligence and improve Company’s competitive position in the market place
  • Develop Country Trade Lane Sales in alignment of volume and sales targets on corporate level
  • Generate and manage a strong pipeline based on the portfolio of the assigned Key Accounts   
  • Streamline and enforce CRM usage compliance by all District Sales Functions to ensure sales activity visibility
  • Execute and manage employees’ incentive program, and drive continuous improvement on sales effectiveness & quality
  • Identify and develop training needs and career development for the team members

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of sales management experience in freight forwarding industry
  • Prior solid exposure of both Air Freight and Ocean Freight products an advantage
  • Proven successful track records in leading a HK and South China Sales team and translating strategy into operational roadmap to meet sales targets
  • Ability to work under diverse environment and culture, and communicate effectively with international stakeholders across borders
  • Possess advanced people management and leadership skills with strong business acumen and analytical thinking
  • Degree holder in Business Administration / Economics / Marketing / Logistics, preferably with a Master Degree
  • Good command in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
