E-Commerce Director, Retail
Our client is a premium retail brand with global presence.
- Lead the e-commerce marketing function and the launch of its online business for the brand in the Asia Pacific region
- You will oversee all marketing channels such as EDM, display advertising and social media while driving traffic and effectiveness of such channels
- Develop and execute market research plans as well as client metrics and insights and ensure that brand strategies are consistent with local, regional and global marketing divisions
- Identify new customer programs, business opportunities, and strategic relationships that will profitably drive incremental sales growth while upholding the brand image
- Minimum of 10 years marketing experience with experience setting e-commerce strategy for retail businesses
- Good understanding of the beauty/fashion/luxury retail industry would be beneficial
- You will have established success in leveraging the internet as a marketing tool and well-rounded marketing expertise
- Good knowledge of CRM database marketing would be a plus
- A strategic leader, results-oriented and possess outstanding analytical skills
- Strong communication skills in English and Chinese are essential
