Our Client

Our client is a leading FMCG group in HK. They are now looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to take care of the Group's e-commerce development and maintenance.



Job Description
  • Manage both digital and offline marketing budget with an agreed ROI
  • Develop acquisition, re-engagement and retention strategies for e-commerce to increase customer conversion and drive brand awareness
  • Plan CRM strategies according to company's customer loyalty program
  • Evaluate and manage
  • Optimize SEO to increase page rankings and drive customer conversion
  • Responsible for online content and manage the performance of external agencies
  • Evaluate performance of the e-commerce platform and marketing initiatives
  • Identify and review relevant new technologies and new trends for planning various digital campaign


Requirements
  • Degree in Marketing, E-commerce or related discipline
  • At least 4 years of digital / e-commerce experience;
  • Strategic thinking, result-oriented and self-initiated
  • Proactive and creative
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
