Key Responsibilities: Implementing standardized processes and procedures for data centre SLAs across the site/accounts in compliance with legislation and meeting industry 'best practice.Managing maintenance management strategies to ensure alignment with client's objectivesDeveloping and implementing a critical plant profile and maintenance strategy.Introducing and implementing processes to assure continuity of critical systems.Acting as the point of contact ensuring that best practice on data centre operations and innovation is applied where appropriate.Undertaking annual management audit reviewOwning the service delivery measurement process.Managing key supplier and client relationships.Advising the Facilities Management Team of changes in critical environment requirements.Managing staff and contractors to minimize business risk and maximize uptime of client facilities. Qualifications and Education: Degree / Diploma in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Facilities Management with minimum of 8 years or more engineering experience & 3 years at least in a similar capacity & in data centre and/or trading floors environment.REW grade B or aboveHave a broad engineering knowledge covering critical systems like UPS, CRAC, generators, chiller system, fire protection system, electrical system, security system & BMS system, etc.Knowledge of Occupational Safely requirements.Strong PC literacy & proven ability on report generation & writing skill.Candidates with experience in data centre and disaster recovery sites will have an added advantage.Have operations background, understanding of change control, access control, emergency incident handling, supervising in-house technical team & contractors.Fluent spoken & written English.Experience in managing Business Critical EnvironmentsPrevious experience in managing the delivery of technical services.Personal integrity in working in a sensitive data environment.
