The incumbent will be responsible for the supervision of a team of technical staff to perform contracting, fitting-out work, project management and day-to-day operations & maintenance works of building services systems in commercial buildings or shopping malls.

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Building Services / Electrical / Facilities Management or related disciplines
  • At least 10 years’ relevant experience in HVAC, building control, plumbing & drainage and fire services installation / maintenance, preferably gained in Contracting Companies
  • Solid experience in supervising sub-contractors and project management
  • Well versed in related laws and regulations
  • Strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure
  • Good leadership and project management skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills at all levels
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
