Job Duties:

  • Responsible for the smooth and efficient operation for production, internal management and overall development of the Engineering Workshop
  • Problem shooting of technical & quality issues, providing advice, solutions & prevention plans
  • To ensure all mechanical work carried out by the Engineering Workshop in a timely and cost efficient manner to the required quality standards
  • To maintain quality assurance, review and monitor process & quality standard and implement control measures
  • To ensure all internal and external projects on schedule and within budget
  • To prepare weekly and monthly management reports for presentation to senior management

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Master Degree holder in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years’ management experience, preferably in maritime or engineering projects
  • Solid experience in managing sub-contractors and project management, knowledge and experience of ISO & IMS is preferable
  • Knowledge of machining work and material properties
  • Self-motivated, mature, proactive and result oriented; good in organizing, analyzing & planning
  • Strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese)
