Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the overall marketing and event strategy to build in-house customer loyalty program
  • Design and manage communications strategy focused on attracting, developing and retaining customers.
  • Understand and respond to the needs of current customers as well as develop plans to attract new customers.
  • Consolidate customer feedback and reports from call centers to relevant stakeholders for product improvement
  • Measure return-on-investment and profitability of efforts and establish metrics to measure program success
  • Design and deliver marketing campaigns that are data-driven and segment-focused with accountability for the effectiveness of the campaigns


Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline
  • Minimum 8 years of working experience in marketing and 3 years of event background
  • Responsible and able to work independently
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
