We are looking for an experienced property management candidate to advise our client on day to day operation/ security/ cleaning matters.

Client Details

Our client is a large scale organization in Hong Kong that hosts numerous events and functions.

Description
  • Ability to develop and justify security plans, housekeeping and traffic control procedures and programs
  • Ability to effectively analyze and present facts and recommendations while exercising sound judgment in arriving at conclusions
  • Knowledge in local regulatory and legal requirements will be an advantage
  • Good knowledge of CCTV, access control, intrusion devices, alarm systems and similar technologies
  • Attentive to details, systematic thinking; strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills; able to work with people at all level with professionalism and respect, with emphasis on client-centered service
  • Extensive experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment; open-minded, adaptable, proactive and be a team player


Profile
  • Supervise all the event operations daily duty activities
  • Review and monitor the performance of service partner provided in accordance with the service contract requirement
  • Maintain the service efficiency, effectiveness and the reporting of daily operation for different events
  • Develop operation procedures, guideline and instructions for the Security Service
  • Ensure the timely preparation and execution of all service orders with the services standard as required by the KPI
  • Assist department head to main the service standard
  • Provides sustainable support to the Operations team
