• Tertiary educated in any disciplines.
• Minimum three years in similar capacity is preferable.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service oriented.
• Attentive to details, self-motivated with high degree of responsibility and accuracy.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
• Proficient in MS Office Applications.
• Experience in MS Dymanics AX would be an advantage
• Provide day to day customer service support and administrative duties in Engineering department.
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls and correspondences. Provide information via telephone and emails.
• Provide administrative support for Engineering department such as spare parts quotation, service intenance contracts, service appointments of all engineers and other ad-hoc assignment.
• Maintain customer records by updating account information.
• Resolve front line service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
• Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
