Executive Officer II (Ref. 170000HA) (closing date: March 28, 2017)
Applicants should have (i) a Bachelor’s degree; (ii) fulfilled the English language requirements set out on the website: http://www.per.cuhk.edu.hk/JobVacancies/LanguageforEO.aspx; (iii) at least 3 years’ post-qualification executive experience; (iv) an excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese; (v) excellent analytical abilities as well as interpersonal and communication skills; (vi) the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines; and (vii) proficient computer skills. The appointee will work at the Prince of Wales Hospital Redevelopment Planning Office, a newly established office under the Faculty and Planning Office. Duties include (a) assisting in the execution of Faculty-/University-wide projects and activities; (b) providing secretarial support for committees; (c) assisting in formulating policies and drafting policy papers; (d) providing support for building and facilities management; and (e) performing other tasks as assigned. Appointment will be made on a 2-year contract with contract-end gratuity commencing as soon as possible, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to sit for a written test.
