In charge of the F&B department 
One of the largest organizations in H.K.
Michelin and 5* hotel experience preferred
 

Responsibilities  

  • Manage multiple F&B outlets, ranging from Western to Chinese, from Fine to Causal, and moniter their daily operations to ensure the highest level of the quality, productivity and cleanliness etc. 
  • Carry out feasibility studies for innovation projects and lead the team through all phases until project completion
  • Assist in coordinating the advertising plan and preparing all food promotions and festivals with the assistance of Group Marketing and Communications
  • Prepare financial forecast as well as control labour & F&B costs in order to maximize profitability 
  • Maintains close ties with customers to engender loyalty 

Requirements 

  • Degree holder, professional qualification in F&B management is an advantage
  • At least 10 years’ solid experience, with Michelin restaurant and 5 stars hotel background are highly preferred
  • Fully conversant in food safety, occupational safety and health related ordinances and rules & regulations 
  • Demonstrate excellent leadership and able to manage the overall operations of multiple stores independently
  • Strong business acumen, well versed on market trends
  • High proficiency in both English and Chinese
