We are searching for a Facilities Director to join an international company’s Hong Kong office. You will oversee the Hong Kong facilities team reporting directly to the Country Manager and take ownership of the overall facilities projects, the negotiation of all major service contracts and responsibility for the overall facilities management direction.


Key responsibilities:

  • Ensure high quality operations and maintenance services are provided on all facilities
  • Oversee facilities project scheduling, priorities and work review
  • Negotiate all major facilities service contracts
  • Provide the technical and management direction for all facility management services
  • Communicate effectively with various departments at all levels
  • Manage subcontractors and third parties
  • Review and develop facilities quality standards for continuous improvement of the service level
  • Leveraging the corporate support of supply chain management, project and development services,
  • Prepare, recommend and administer the annual facilities budget

 
Key skills:

  • Degree holder or equivalent
  • A minimum of 8 years’ career experience in facilities management
  • 4 years’ experience at senior management level 
  • Strong communicator with stakeholders at all levels
  • Financially aware with strong commercial focus applied within a large organization
  • Strong change management experience - capable of managing change quickly and efficiently whilst maintaining effective service provision
  • Fluent English is necessary
