The appointee is expected to perform general clerical duties such as handling daily income of the clinic, providing support to the purchase of clinical related appliances and equipment, providing general administration support, answering internal and external enquires, liaising with internal units and external bodies, providing logistics support and performing any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Division.

- Applicants should have completed secondary education or specialised vocational training, preferably with LCC Higher level in Book-keeping and Accounts and with at least five years of relevant work experience.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua),
- Good computer skills including English and Chinese word-processing are required.
- Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a typing test.
- Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
