Responsibilities:

  • Act as a partner of the Group with our listed companies providing leadership and direction to the human resources and administrative functions, in line with business goals and needs
  • Oversee the HR & Administration functions
  • Lead and supervise the teams to perform all-round HR and general administrative functions such as to coordinate, monitor and formulate best practices for various HR teams; supervise various activities related to office administration including fixed asset management, supplies, maintenance and repair; office premises renovation, relocation, procurement and insurance, etc.
  • Maintain close relationships with internal departments and project HR & Administration teams to make proactive and appropriate recommendations with consideration of factors such as business impact, cost and alignment with company’s objectives
  • Develop, implement and review practical HR strategies and initiatives on areas including but not limited to compensation and benefits, performance management, staff training and staff communication
  • Manage, improve and modify workflow to maximize staff productivity and optimize the use of company resources
  • Plan and organize staff activities and company events

Requirements:

  • Degree or Master Degree holder in Business Administration / Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • A minimum of 15 years' HR generalist experience and Administration experience with at least 8 years at managerial level, preferably gained from property developer
  • Solid experience in Hong Kong listed company is essential
  • Conversant with the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and HR related ordinances
  • Strong business acumen, excellent interpersonal skills, strong leadership, decision-making and communication abilities, well-organized, detail-minded and able to work under pressure
  • Good language skills; proficiency in written Chinese and English, as well as spoken Putonghua
