Global Corporate Communications Manager

Our client is an American worldwide health services organization. Its insurance subsidiaries are major providers of medical, dental, disability, life and accident insurance and related products and services, the majority of which are offered through employers and other groups (e.g. governmental and non-governmental organizations, unions and associations). 

 

Job responsibilities:

  • Support international markets, incl. Asia Pacific, Middle East, Europe and US
  • Directly reported to Chief Marketing Officer and dotted line to Marketing & Ecommerce Director
  • Formulate corporate communications strategies to enhance corporate image
  • Prepare high quality corporate materials including newsletter, website, presentation materials, speeches and other corporate copy-writings
  • Build relationship with key stakeholders, including but not limited to the media, investors and business partners
  • Develop PR strategy and support media activities
  • Develop regional media strategy and talking points leveraging the annual health surveys
  • Develop thought leadership and build corporate image
  • Organize press conference and support PR activities
  • Content management and copy writing of newsletter and corporate announcement
  • Facilitate various communications platform for employee communication and engagement
  • Develop and implement global and local CSR initiatives
  • Content management on social media platforms
  • Develop infographics to support social media channels

 

Job requirements:

  • Minimum 15 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent in Marketing, MBA preferred
  • A strategic thinker, capable of planning from conception to execution
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, multi-tasking, analytical, organized and disciplined
  • Effective communicator with excellent presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin)
  • Computer Literate – Photoshop, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • 30% of travel annually
