Job Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to Global Operations Key Account Manager, he will be responsible for ownership of airfreight or ocean freight of assigned global key accounts
  • Monitor, guide and support the airfreight or ocean operations of global key account to ensure quality services are delivered to customer
  • Build a strong operational customer relationship and understand the customers organization (structure, processes and requirements), at both a Global and Regional Levels
  • Continuous profitability optimization through process improvement and reengineering
  • Ensure the standard of service specified in the Master SOP, the relevant system SOP and working procedures  is understood and executed
  • Ownership of KPI and QBR Management at both Regional and Local Top Origins and Destinations, as defined
  • Operational ownership for performance management both internally and externally, on a global level
  • Support Business Implementation for Freight Management (FM)
  • Drive Continuous Improvement Projects (CIP) for the global key accounts
  • Direct ownership of timely release, conformity and management of the Partners and preferred Carrier Network utilization to global markets
  • Ensure operational excellence delivered for assigned global key accounts such as event updates, order due alerts, customer’s KPIs, data quality and EDI transmission

Job Requirements:

  • At least 8 years of operational working experience in global freight forwarding / logistics company
  • Supervisory experience in Customer Services or Operations
  • Strong Key Account Management background in global level
  • Excellent command of English and Cantonese is a must,  preferably Mandarin
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Preferably experience in operating Order Management Systems (e.g. LogNet, GT Nexus etc…)
  • Degree holder in Business Administration / Logistics or equivalent
