Client Details

Our client is a listed IT&T multinational company headquartered in Hong Kong. Due to rapid expansion, they are looking for a seasoned marketing director to lead a team across the globe.

Description

Supervising a team of 10 individuals in Asia and Europe, you will manage all facets of the Group marketing and communication department to provide strategic marketing plans and support respective business units with the aim of improving the market awareness and the business results of the Group. You will set up a marketing governance for the group as well as support the integration of newly-acquired companies to create a global brand. You will engage sales team to ensure agreement on priorities, adjusting as required by changing market conditions and emerging opportunities. You will devise and execute corporate marketing programs with strategic partners through channel partner program. You will supervise worldwide events and initiate lead generation initiatives.









Profile

Degree Holder or above, preferably major in Public Relationship, Business, Marketing or Communications disciplines or related, etc. 15+ years all-rounded B2B marketing experience in the IT&T industry, most of which within large MNC. Global exposure or Corporate experience is a must. Good communication skills and with experiences to support multi-cultural teams globally. Ensure the businesses marketing communications promote the right message to maintain a good brand image. Native English, both written and spoken.
